Otto Arco known as ‘the Magician of Muscle’, was one of the God Fathers in oldschool Physical Culture. He was one of the most famous and one of the most innovative body builder in his time. He was a pioneer in the art of muscle control, which “undoubtedly led to our use and mindfulness of the mind-muscle connection”. Otto Arco was born Otto Nowosielsky, Poland. Otto was considered the best pound for pound wrestler in the world and did became a world champion wrestler. Additionally, Otto was rated “The Worlds Most Perfectly Developed Man” in 1913. Pretty impressive from a man that was only 5’2”. To add to his resume, he won the Austrian wrestling title when he was 22. Otto was also an accomplished author. With such books published as best selling author like: How to Acquire Super Strength and How to Learn Muscle Control. His training and discipline was the reason for his success and staying in incredible shape well into his 60s.
