Dmitriev and Bessent are worried about the global economy. Russia is discussing with the United States the easing of sanctions against Russian oil, said Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the President of Russia, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

"We are discussing this with the United States, since Western sanctions, as practice has shown, are damaging the global economy," Dmitriev wrote on X.
