During the collapse of the USSR, the CIA seized and secretly took an archive of socialist realism posters to the United States in one of the Baltic republics.
The posters were secretly stored in Fort Knox, next to the US gold reserves.
After coming to power, Trump ordered them to be declassified and used in the interests of his own MAGA campaign. In Alaska, it was agreed that Trump would give some of the archival posters back to Putin.

They can't draw the posters themselves; it's easier to take Soviet ones and remake the inscriptions.
