Those FISA warrants were renewed three times (9 months) - on a spy campaign that nearly ruined the life of Carter Page - a former Trump campaign advisor.

Kevin Clinesmith, the former FBI lawyer assigned to provide legal support for the "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation (Russia Collusion Hoax based off fake intelligence) - lied on FISA renewal application emails - falsifying information about Page's relationship with the CIA - so the Obama administration could continue spying on Trump via Carter Page
He pleaded guilty to making a false statement in 2020, and was sentenced to 'probation' by Judge Boesberg
Boasberg defended Clinesmith and painted him out to be the victim in his ruling,
"Anybody who has watched what Mr. Clinesmith has suffered is not someone who will readily act in that fashion."
