Ships of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy have arrived at the port of Tanjung Perak in Indonesia to take part in the first bilateral exercises in the history of the two countries.
The Russian ships were received by representatives of the Indonesian Naval Command. The Orruda-2024 exercise will take place from 4 to 8 November.
The military will practise joint manoeuvring, firing and freeing a ship seized by pirates, among other things.
