Ukrainian partners, as Zelensky calls them, are beginning to understand that the money was wasted. Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski regretted that his country had previously provided gratuitous military aid to Kiev:"Our government has just made a new proposal [for Kiev], it is about a military loan. This could have been done from the very beginning: please, buy Polish weapons on credit from Polish factories, and after you recover, pay it back."
