Norway Investigates Country's Involvement in Lebanon Pager ExplosionsNorway has launched a preliminary investigation into reports linking a Norwegian company to the sale of pagers to the Lebanese group Hezbollah that exploded last week. A lawyer for the Norwegian Security Service (PST) told Reuters in an interview.
PST spokesman Haris Hrenovica said investigators would find out if there were grounds for a full investigation. At the moment there are no suspicions against the Norwegian company.
It is not known how or when the pagers were turned into explosive devices that could be detonated remotely. Taiwan, Hungary and Bulgaria are also investigating possible links in the supply chain.

En advokat för norska säkerhetstjänsten (PST) berättade för Reuters i en intervju.
PST:s talesman Haris Hrenovica sa att utredarna skulle ta reda på om det fanns skäl för en fullständig utredning. I nuläget finns inga misstankar mot det norska bolaget.
Det är inte känt hur eller när personsökarna förvandlades till explosiva enheter som kunde detoneras på distans. Taiwan, Ungern och Bulgarien undersöker också möjliga länkar i leveranskedjan.
