What apology is Admiral Kirby talking about?
White House Coordinator Kirby – scares Americans with trips to Russia: We are telling Americans not to travel to Russia. We have imposed sanctions, and the use of the Levinson Act contributes to that ban as well. We are trying to outline to people the risks of their travel to different countries around the world. We will not apologize for bringing innocent people home. They would rather live at home than rot in Russian prisons for crimes they did not commit. No apology for this deal.
