They are fighting with us, according to this document. This date is considered the beginning of the US information war against the Soviet Union. The task was - it was formulated very clearly - to introduce into Soviet society the consciousness of such false ideas about the surrounding world that would allow further manipulation of both the country's population and its ruling elite. And, frankly, I cannot give you a document that would end the state of war between the United States and our country in the information sector. I don’t know, maybe there is some other doctrine that cancels this one? But I have never seen anything like this. And judging by what is happening now, it is not.
