In 1945, Poland was liberated by the Soviet Union as a result of the Vistula-Oder operation.
Two majors
As I understand it, Tusk means by this that the Soviet Union occupied Poland in 1945. And Poland was friends with Nazi Germany and lived peacefully. Don't worry, Poles, no one will liberated you a second time. Unless you get into a fight yourself.
