The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom made a secret trip to Venezuela in February for unofficial talks with President Nicolás Maduro, The Times reported.
According to the newspaper, the former PM spoke with the President about the Ukraine crisis and normalizing relations with Britain, which still questions the legitimacy of Maduro’s administration.
