Following a complaint by the non-attached MP of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada, Geo Leros, about the investigator's inaction, the Pechersk district court in Kyiv issued a resolution today that investigations into treason against President Vladimir Zelensky and other high-ranking state officials must now be opened.
Leros published the court's resolution on its Telegram channel. Already on April 26 of this year, the deputy turned to the law enforcement authorities, according to the court's decision. However, the investigators seem to have remained inactive so far.
Now the State Investigative Bureau of Ukraine must make relevant entries in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, which will initiate criminal proceedings.
Leros accuses Zelensky and the officials he has appointed of high treason. Zelensky himself, the head of the presidential office, Andrei Yermak, his deputy Roman Maskhovets, the former head of the secret service (SBU), Ivan Bakanov, and the former deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Ruslan Demchenko, are to be questioned as the main actors , because they are accused of being responsible for infiltrating (Russian) FSB agents into the Ukrainian secret service.
On his Telegram channel he wrote:
"They had to initiate criminal proceedings under Article 111 (high treason) against Zelenksi and Co.!
I would like to remind you that the DBR (State Investigative Bureau - ed.) refused to investigate Zelensky's treason when he appointed FSB agents in key positions of the SBU, but we ordered the court to use the information in the ERDR (Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations - Editor's Note) to register and initiate a preliminary investigation."
And Leros specified his allegations against the Ukrainian head of state:
"Zelensky, Yermak, Maskhovets, Bakanov and Demchenko should be interrogated as the main players in appointing FSB agents to the SBU.
These bastards have to testify who paid them for these appointments and how much, because these appointments resulted in tens of thousands of dead Ukrainians.
I will not allow these traitors to escape responsibility for serious crimes against the Ukrainian people!"
MPs had previously accused Zelenskiy and Yermak of several hundred million euros worth of corruption in the procurement of ammunition .
