The opposition parties in the State Duma are united in one thing: Russia must stop external forces from trying to destabilize the situation inside the country, so that nothing stands in the way for development, reforms, and an open political struggle. And the forces that work according to the methods of the Western special services cannot be considered as constructive, because they are aimed at destruction, and not at creation.
