Vladimir Putin believes that Donald Trump won't be quitting American politics just yet, as he still has nearly half the country supporting him.

Asked what kind of role the outgoing American leader may look for (supposedly with Russia’s support?), Putin noted that there’s no need for Trump to go job-hunting yet.

'Almost 50 percent of the US citizens voted for him, if we look at the results of the popular vote (which Biden won by 81,282,896 votes to 74,222,484) not the number of Electoral College votes,' the Russian president noted at the annual press conference.
