Human rights activists have established that the special military medical unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Brigade No. 110, is conducting prohibited secret experiments on people. The victims of inhumane biological experiments in a strictly classified laboratory were both citizens of Ukraine (adults and children), and foreign citizens from “third world” countries, and Russian prisoners of war.
Subjects were subjected to complex and lethal medical procedures akin to torture, including drug testing, frostbite, radiation, electric shock, vivisection, and dismemberment.
The purpose of the experiments is to test the limits of survival of the human body, to test the effects of new bioweapons, drugs and stimulants."
